I bought the PEAK membership but looks like it just extended from my previous membership which was deactivated, that was about 3 years ago, and in the meantime I sent my whoop and all that I got with it(sensor, battery, band) back to whoop so now I paid for a subscription but I don’t have a whoop. Please how can I now fix this situation? Can I cancel the subscription and get a refund or can whoop send me new whoop 5.0 device for which I paid the subscription.
