Paid Annual Membership Not Applied

Hi all,

I bought a whoop peak annual membership from amazon - the box also mentioned 12 month membership, however the app states my free trial will end Feb 16th and my annual membership will get renewed then.

Can someone please help me out? I don’t want to pay the annual membership fees twice lol.
