Overcharged by Whoop - can't get through to a real person in support, sent straight through to AI

Hi,
I recently ordered a new band on the website because there was a discount.

When I pressed the checkout button, the discount had been removed and I had to pay full price.

Every time I try to contact support, all I get is the AI bot telling me I can return the band when it arrives - but I’d have to still pay the £7 shipping fee.

This is now a few times I’ve had issues and not been able to get any decent support because Whoop now use AI bots for their support.

Has anyone else found this issue? How are we able to talk to a reasonable human to deal with issues like this? I’ve been very disappointed with their support following the introduction of AI. Not what you expect from a premium brand.

I have done, but as per my original note all I receive is AI responses which are incredibly unhelpful.
