Out of nowhere my whoop is longer link to my phone via Bluetooth, can’t sync anything!
Hello, I tried all the steps, delete the whoop app, reinstalled it, turn off my phone, turned it back on again, checked on my bluetooth connection there’s no whoop. But it seems my whoop still can’t go into pairing mode. Tapping the whoop for so long but still no blue light. Contacted whoop
Whoop contacted me and gave the this response.
This is the respond from whoop support:
Let’s try a few focused checks to narrow down what’s happening:
-
Fully charge the battery pack
• Plug the pack into wall power with the WHOOP-supplied USB-C cable for at least 15 minutes.
• A red (charging) or green (charged) LED on the pack should appear within 1–2 seconds. -
Wake the sensor while the pack is powered
• Keep the battery pack plugged in, then slide it onto the sensor until it clicks.
• Wait 60 seconds and lift the sensor from the band—do you see any green LEDs or other lights underneath? -
Try a hard reset + manual pairing
• Leave the powered battery pack attached.
• Open the WHOOP app → Menu (three lines) → Device Settings → Reboot Device.
• After the reboot finishes, remove the battery pack and immediately tap the top of the sensor firmly and continuously with two fingers. Continue tapping until you only see flashing blue LEDs. (If blue + white lights appear, keep tapping until only blue remains.) -
Refresh Bluetooth on your phone
• In your phone’s Bluetooth settings, “Forget” any WHOOP entries you see.
• Power the phone completely off, wait 10 seconds, then power it back on.
• Open the WHOOP app → Device Settings → Advanced → Pair a Device and select your strap once the blue lights are flashing.
