Hello, appreciate this question is asked a lot but I can’t seem to find a consistent answer so thought I’d try here. If I order a new device & peak membership during my free trial using the same account and then return my trial device, do I retain all data collected during the trial period?
Hello! Yes, if you order a new device and Peak membership using the same account, all of the data collected during your trial period will remain on your account. Returning the trial device won’t remove any of your historical data, as long as you continue using the same account.
