Ordered on 07/10, it is 07/31 and it still says order is processing

TLDR: They said I would receive my replacement battery pack 10 business days from 07/10… IT IS 07/31 and the “order is processing” still……

I am extremely frustrated. I upgraded my whoop to the 5.0 and gifted my 4.0 to my husband, but i needed a new battery.

Firstly, I ordered an extra 5.0 battery pack on accident because I knew I would need an extra 4.0 battery for my gifted 4.0. So, I ordered the extra battery pack, gift package, along with the upgraded whoop.

I emailed customer service right away when the battery pack was not fitting on my husband’s whoop. And they said they would ship out the 4.0 battery pack right away….

THIS WAS 3 WEEKS AGO.

MY BATTERY HAS NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED

They gave me one month free…. big whoop…. he can’t even use the device.

I am so upset. I don’t know what the heck is going on . They said it was a supply issue?

This is terrible service…
