Ordered mg on healf.com it arrived all fine box states 12 month life subscription but app is telling me about my previous subscription from years ago expired whats going on

I already paid for for subscription with healf purchase

Hi I’m a completely new Whoop customer and received my new Whoop Life via Healf so paid my subscription to them. I e done to pair my Whoop in the app and it wants to charge me £229 in 30 days time, how can this be correct when I’ve already paid my subscription via Healf?

Hi it done same to me it doesnt charge the life subscription will override it
