Old whoop is trying to renew and get the money from my card

Hey i got a new whoop 5 but the old whoop 4 is trying to get the money from my card how can I replace the new with old or how can i stop opd from renewing?

If you recently upgraded to a new WHOOP 5.0 device, your new membership should activate right away with that device. However, if your old WHOOP 4 membership wasn’t canceled or changed properly, it might still be active and you could still be getting billed for it.

To make sure you’re not being charged for the old WHOOP 4 membership:

  1. Open the WHOOP app.

  2. Tap Menu > My Account > Membership.

  3. Review your current membership and billing details.

  4. If the old membership is still active and you want to stop it, you may need to manage or cancel it from there.

Keep in mind that upgrades apply immediately, but downgrades or cancellations won’t kick in until your next billing cycle. So if you’re seeing charges from the old membership, it’s likely because it wasn’t turned off or updated fully.
