So I had a whoop back in 2018 and havent used one in years. A few days ago I ordered the MG Life and wanted to log into my existing account with the new band. The app tells me that my membership is “PEAK” plan not the purchased “LIFE” plan. The app asks me to enter credit card info and pay for a subscription I previously paid a 2 year subscription for during checkout.
