Not getting all WHOOP Push Notifications (no sleep or activities)

For the past few months, I’ve noticed I am only receiving push notifications from the WHOOP app for low battery, strap off-body, et al. What I am not receiving are notifications for when my sleep is detected and/or processed, nor am I receiving notifications for detected activities. I now have a WHOOP 5.0, but this was occuring before the switch. I am an Android user, and both the Android OS and WHOOP app are up to date, as is my strap firmware. Notifications are all enabled at both the app and phone level, like I said, I do receive some related notifications, just not all.

Hi @ckochanski, thanks for writing in. If you logout and then login to the app, that should solve your issue. Sorry for the need to do this, but once you do, it should take care of this. Ping me back if it doesn’t work. Thank you! Have a great rest of your day.
