Not able to renew subscription. Horrible Customer Support

I have tried making payments through multiple credit cards from past week but every single time the screen shows an error asks me to try again. i have been mailing the support team constantly and initially i was told that the issue is from the bank’s end and that they are blocking the transaction so i confirmed with my bank as well and that is not the case and now WHOOP Support team keeps seding me these automated mails about they are looking into the issue. How much time does it take to resolve such a simple issue. For a brand that is at the forefront of health tracking devices the support or help they have provided is downright horrible for such a simple issue. i feel i have wasted my money by going with whoop and buying multiple bands should have invested in another health tracking device. Writing all this over here is really my last throw of the dice that someone from the team might see this and help out asap. Really frustrated customer of whoop this side.
