I understand that I should now be able to use the whoop advanced labs or at least its waiting list, but my app doesn’t have the option to do so although I’m on the latest version.

WHOOP Advanced Labs is rolling out in phases starting September 30, 2025, with invitations to join the waitlist sent in waves. Priority is given to WHOOP Life members first, then Peak and One members.

The waitlist and feature access appear in the Health tab of the WHOOP app. If you don’t see it, you may not have been invited yet, or your membership tier may affect the timing.

The feature is currently available only to members 18 and older in the US, with some state restrictions on testing locations.

To join the waitlist, tap the “Join the Waitlist” button at the bottom of the Health tab in the app.

Make sure you’re on the latest app version (iOS 5.22.0 or newer, Android 5.419.0 or newer) and check the Health tab carefully for the Advanced Labs option.

If you’re eligible and still don’t see the option, it’s likely due to the phased rollout timing or regional availability.
