Could you please provide more details on the issue you are facing so we can better assist?

In general, the following should work to connect your WHOOP.

  1. Make sure your WHOOP 5.0 strap is charged.

  2. Download and open the WHOOP app on your smartphone.

  3. Follow the in-app instructions to pair the WHOOP 5.0 strap via Bluetooth.

  4. Wear the strap on your wrist or use WHOOP Body apparel for alternative placement.

  5. The app will guide you through setup and syncing your data.
