I upgraded from a WHOOP 5.0 Peak trial to a full Peak membership. I’ve since learned that only members who start directly with a 12‑month Peak plan receive the Wireless PowerPack, and that trial conversions keep the wired Basic Charger.
Could you please confirm that this is correct for my account, and let me know if there is any option to receive a Wireless PowerPack at a discounted rate or as a courtesy in my situation?
