Hi @ElaineGold01 . Thanks for checking all those steps, I really appreciate the time you took to troubleshoot already. It sounds like your WHOOP is connected and syncing properly, so this is may just be a temporary sync delay between your streak data and what’s shown on your Home screen. Same here (iPhone). It has never shown for me. I opened a ticket ages back but not response for a fix. It’s not a huge deal because I can see elsewhere. But what it shows is the app is poorly designed. I suspect with the subscription Tiers they have to show/Hide some features and possibly this is hidden in my subscription Life. What else am I not seeing
