No credit on my account although I purcharsed a two-year plan

Dear Whoop community,

I have a big problem with my Whoop and hope to get some help.
I have purcharsed a 4.0 trial month and a 5.0 peak. I have installed my 5.0 membership with a different email adress from which I have purcharsed the membership with. I have calibrated and gathered data for 10 days. After returning the trial 4.0, my account is locked. When logging into the account I have purcharsed the two year plan with (so a “new” account), it does not show any credits either. I had to put in billing information and got into another trial month which I have cancelled tight away. So, none of the two accounts shows any credits although I have spent 440€.

I please need my two-year plan credit on this account philipp_99 which I have purcharsed with my order number ending on **5043 on July 21 th. The mail adress I have purcharsed my two year plan with is connected to the username 99philipp. So, a bit mixed up and hoping to be helped soon!
