New Whoop stopped syncying - only showing the stress data

Team, i am a new customer, and using whoop for a couple of weeks now, suddenly after a couple of days after the new firmware , the application stopped showing data except for the stress info, i have tried everything:

  • rebooting the device several times
  • On/off Bluetooth
  • rebooting my mobile
  • erasing data
  • Pairing/unpairing the device

Based on what you described, it sounds like your WHOOP sensor may not be syncing health data correctly after the recent firmware update. Let’s go through a quick reset to confirm if it’s a software or hardware issue:

  1. Reboot your device:
    To reboot your device, please navigate to Device Settings by selecting the device icon in your app. Then go to Advanced > Reboot Device.

  2. Re-pair your WHOOP:

    • In your app, remove your current device (Device Settings → Remove Device).

    • Hold your WHOOP until the blue light flashes, then follow the on-screen steps to re-pair.

    • Keep your phone close and Bluetooth on while you swipe down on the main app screen to force a sync.

  3. Check for new data:
    Once reconnected, open your home screen to see if new metrics appear after a few minutes of syncing.
