Hi Team,
I bought my Whoop 5.0 - Peak yesterday evening and after 1 night of sleep, my Dashboard does not show any Sleep Data (no Sleep data captured), No steps walked.
Are we missing out on any setup or configuration ? Its properly connected to my Phone Whoop App -

When a new device isn’t yet collecting sleep or activity data, it’s usually due to either fit or a quick sync/setup adjustment. Here are the steps that should get things back on track right away:
1. Confirm strap fit
WHOOP needs solid skin contact to measure heart rate. The band should be snug enough that you can’t see the green sensor light when it’s on your wrist, and it should sit about one finger-width above your wrist bone. A loose fit can prevent sleep and steps from being detected.
2. Reboot the device
Sometimes a fresh start is all it needs:
To reboot your device, please navigate to Device Settings by selecting the device icon in your app. Then go to Advanced > Reboot Device.
3. Make sure the device is syncing
Open the WHOOP app and pull down on the home screen to force a sync. You should see “Last Sync” update within a few seconds. If Bluetooth was briefly disconnected overnight, data may not have uploaded yet.
Once these steps are completed, your WHOOP should begin collecting heart rate, sleep, and activity normally. If you wear it again tonight and still don’t see sleep or activity show up tomorrow, please contact our team at support@whoop.com and our dedicated team will be able to take a further look and get you up and running!

Thanks for your response. I did check the options #1 and option # 2 as you suggested. Also in the App I am able to see that the device is Sync regularly.
In addition, I Walked on my Treadmill and that was saved as an activity, but its not reflecting in my Dashboard or Steps, Walking etc. in the app.
Then I Exported my Data, I received the data files for my Sleep, Walking workout, Physiological cycles. But they are not showing in the App Home Page - My Day - Dashboard.
Also I am not able to add any Activity Manually, it says “Request Failed”, can you check your network connection ? I am not sure what the problem is.
Hi @asifequbal thanks for trying those and letting me know! I have curiosities if your data is populating into another day, but I can’t quite be sure as I can’t see your data or app.
