New Whoop 5.0 - Full Reset (Device & App Data) for Fresh Start

Dear WHOOP 5.0 Team,

I am a new user and have been trying use the device & app over last couple of days. I would be much obliged if you could kindly guide me on how to:

  1. Factory reset my band completely.
  2. Factory reset / completely delete health / measurement data from my app/cloud from last 2 days.

The above shall help me setup the device & data a new setup/start :slight_smile: .

Welcome to WHOOP! To reset your WHOOP device in the app, you can reboot it by following these steps:

  1. Open the WHOOP app.

  2. Navigate to Menu (tap the device icon).

  3. Go to Device Settings.

  4. Tap Advanced.

  5. Select Reboot Device.

Rebooting your WHOOP device does not cause any data loss or require recalibration. This can help resolve issues like the strap appearing disconnected or data not updating.

If you are having connectivity issues, you can also try forgetting and re-pairing your WHOOP device via your phone’s Bluetooth settings and then reconnecting it through the app.

Selective deletion of individual data points (like specific heart rate or strain data) is not supported because WHOOP recalibrates baselines approximately every three weeks to minimize the impact of any inaccurate data.

Stating the above & in relation to my second question related to APP/SERVER data, is there a way to erase old data and start fresh data capture?

Need to erase all data and start fresh
