Over the last days, WHOOP 5.0 App, detected activity and shows status “processing” & seems to be stuck there
I am unable to stop/reset/delete the same, via the app. Despite me reinstating/reinstalling the app & login. its still the same and the detected activity from the past is still there and with status “pending”.
Also new activities are not getting detected / captured on the same or new date.
All step count / Calorie burn seems to be getting logged on the same previous date even if the date has changed.
Please could you help solve this issue & share few pointers .

Check for updates – make sure your WHOOP app is on the latest version.
Force close and reopen the app – gives it a fresh start.
Toggle Bluetooth off and on – sometimes a quick reset helps it reconnect.
Manually sync – open the WHOOP app, go to Device Settings, and hit “Sync Now.”
(For Android users): Go to your phone’s Settings > Apps > WHOOP > Storage & Cache > Clear Cache.
Reinstall the app if it’s still not working after all that.
Update your phone’s operating system to the latest stable version.
Disable battery saver/low power mode, since it can block background syncing and Bluetooth.
Keep the app running in the background so your data keeps syncing smoothly.
If your step count or calories are showing up on the wrong day, that can sometimes happen when syncing is delayed. Making sure Bluetooth is steady and the app is syncing regularly usually clears that up.
