When I ordered this new band for my 5.0 from the Whoop store it said it was compatible to my device. But I can’t seem to get it to clip. I have no problem clipping the band that originally came with my Whoop. So it seems like maybe Whoop accidentally send me the wrong band? Or does the MG SportFlex Band have a special way to assemble different to the other 5.0 compatible bands?

It looks like you have the old band clip still connected. That slides off and the new band slides on..
