One feature I would love to see added to WHOOP is the ability to set distance-based goals for activities such as running, walking, cycling, or any workout that tracks distance. Similar to the current Strain Goal feature, users could set a target distance before starting an activity. Once the selected distance is reached—for example, completing a 5-mile run—the user would receive a notification in the app, and the WHOOP device would vibrate to indicate the goal has been achieved. This would provide additional motivation during workouts, make it easier to stay on track with training objectives, and create a more personalized experience for users whose performance is often measured by distance rather than strain alone.
