You may not be seeing all of your data because you’re a new member. Although you should be seeing some. Could you share screenshots so we can help determine the issue?
It typically takes about three weeks for WHOOP to fully recalibrate and optimize the accuracy of your data based on your recent activity and physiological metrics. During this time, WHOOP adjusts baselines to ensure your metrics like sleep, strain, and recovery are accurate and personalized.
For Healthspan metrics like WHOOP Age and Pace of Aging, full calibration happens after about 90 days of consistent wear, with at least 21 logged sleeps in your first month.
Wearing your WHOOP snugly and consistently, especially during sleep and workouts, will help speed up calibration and improve data accuracy. If you have any concerns about your data during this period, feel free to ask!
I am your customer and have been using WHOOP 4.0 for about a year. Recently, I purchased WHOOP 5.0 from a seller in India called Hustle Culture because they claimed to be official partners. and the box clearly says 1-Year Membership Included.
However, my WHOOP app now shows “Membership Expired.” The seller is refusing to take it back, so I am requesting your help to verify and activate my 1-year membership if possible.
