My Whoop frequently says it’s off-body even though I’m wearing it.
I take it off to take a bath (leather strap and oil in the bath).
It hasn’t even registered for two nights.
What can I do about this?
It always will. 2 whoop replacements and mine still doesn’t work. And don’t expect a refund.

Sorry you are experiencing this issue. Here are some troubleshooting ideas.
If your WHOOP is showing “off-body” while you are wearing it, here are some steps to try:

Make sure WHOOP is positioned snugly on your wrist with good skin contact and no gaps.

If using WHOOP Body apparel, confirm the sensor is properly inserted and aligned with the skin-contact area.

If wearing on your bicep, ensure the strap is tight enough to prevent false off-body detection.

Avoid placing WHOOP over tattoos, scars, or too close to the wrist bone.

Check that your WHOOP firmware is up to date via Device Settings > Advanced > Firmware Check in the app.

Reboot your WHOOP device from Device Settings > Advanced > Reboot Device in the app.

Keep Bluetooth enabled and disable any battery optimization settings on your phone that might interfere with WHOOP connectivity.

Ensure WHOOP is charged and within Bluetooth range of your phone.

The sensor still struggles to recognize wear after being off body for while - need to reboot the sensor each time
Can you send a new sensor please? Tried everything below and not resolved
