My whoop date is still yesterday

If your WHOOP data looks stuck on yesterday, don’t worry, your strap is probably just catching up.
Here are a few quick things you can do to get it syncing faster:

Keep the WHOOP app open with your strap nearby for about 30 seconds while it syncs.

Double-check that Bluetooth is on and your strap is connected.

Make sure your phone has a solid internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data both work).

Try force closing and reopening the app to give syncing a refresh.

Check that background app refresh and Bluetooth permissions are turned on for WHOOP.

Turn off any battery saver or low power modes that might slow down background syncing.

Keep your strap on your wrist so it can continuously collect data.
Good news: your WHOOP can store up to 14 days of data even without syncing, so nothing gets lost. If it’s been disconnected for a while, it may just take a bit longer to catch up.
