My whoop date is still yesterday

If your WHOOP data looks stuck on yesterday, don’t worry, your strap is probably just catching up.
Here are a few quick things you can do to get it syncing faster:

  • Keep the WHOOP app open with your strap nearby for about 30 seconds while it syncs.

  • Double-check that Bluetooth is on and your strap is connected.

  • Make sure your phone has a solid internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data both work).

  • Try force closing and reopening the app to give syncing a refresh.

  • Check that background app refresh and Bluetooth permissions are turned on for WHOOP.

  • Turn off any battery saver or low power modes that might slow down background syncing.

  • Keep your strap on your wrist so it can continuously collect data.

Good news: your WHOOP can store up to 14 days of data even without syncing, so nothing gets lost. If it’s been disconnected for a while, it may just take a bit longer to catch up.
