Whoop 5.0 wont accept a charge
Hey @Simonson33,
If your WHOOP 5.0 is not taking a charge from your power pack charger, here are some steps to try:
- Make sure the Wireless PowerPack itself is fully charged by connecting it to a power source with the provided USB-C cable. The LED on the PowerPack will pulse green while charging and turn solid green when fully charged (about 2 hours).
- When charging your WHOOP 5.0 with the PowerPack, align the pack securely on top of the sensor. The LED on the sensor should pulse green to indicate charging.
- Check the charging status in the WHOOP app to confirm if the sensor is charging.
- Ensure you are using the WHOOP 5.0 compatible Wireless PowerPack or Basic Charger (wired). The older 4.0 battery pack is not compatible with WHOOP 5.0.
- If the PowerPack LED does not light up or the sensor does not charge, try cleaning the USB-C port on the PowerPack and ensure you are using the provided WHOOP USB-C cable and a proper power source.
