My whoop 5.0 will not take a charge from my power pack charger, how do i fix this?

Whoop 5.0 wont accept a charge

Hey @Simonson33,

If your WHOOP 5.0 is not taking a charge from your power pack charger, here are some steps to try:

  1. Make sure the Wireless PowerPack itself is fully charged by connecting it to a power source with the provided USB-C cable. The LED on the PowerPack will pulse green while charging and turn solid green when fully charged (about 2 hours).
  2. When charging your WHOOP 5.0 with the PowerPack, align the pack securely on top of the sensor. The LED on the sensor should pulse green to indicate charging.
  3. Check the charging status in the WHOOP app to confirm if the sensor is charging.
  4. Ensure you are using the WHOOP 5.0 compatible Wireless PowerPack or Basic Charger (wired). The older 4.0 battery pack is not compatible with WHOOP 5.0.
  5. If the PowerPack LED does not light up or the sensor does not charge, try cleaning the USB-C port on the PowerPack and ensure you are using the provided WHOOP USB-C cable and a proper power source.
