My whoop 5.0 is not charging

tried it all, does not charge, does not reboot, pretty frustrating. please advise what is my next step or since I am trial period how I can return the device back prior trial period ends. thanks

To return your WHOOP device during the 1-month free trial and avoid being charged, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the WHOOP app.

  2. Go to the More tab in the navigation bar.

  3. Select My Account > Membership.

  4. Follow the in-app cancellation flow to initiate your return.

  5. Download the provided return label or QR code for the carrier.

  6. Ship your WHOOP 5.0 device and wired Basic Charger within 7 days of requesting the return label.

Important notes:

  • You must initiate the return within the 1-month trial period.

  • Failure to return both the device and charger will result in a $110 restocking fee.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • If you do not return the device and charger, your trial will automatically convert to a paid 12-month membership at $239/year.
