My Whoop 4.0 need to charge twice a day

I recently purchased the WHOOP 4.0 just a week ago, and I’ve already started experiencing significant battery issues. The battery is draining unusually fast, requiring me to charge the device twice a day, which is far from the performance I expected from a newly purchased unit.

This is affecting my ability to track my metrics consistently, and I’m quite concerned considering how new the device is. I would appreciate your support in resolving this issue—whether it’s a troubleshooting step I may have missed or if a replacement unit is necessary?

Hi @Durkin I appreciate your response. Although I received an email confirming the replacement, I never received an SMS or email about the shipment. Is there a problem or is this a typical delay?
