My Whoop 4.0 ran out of battery yesterday, and when i tried charging it, it doesnt turn on and i have been plugged in with the charger on the whoop for hours and i dont know what else to do. On the Whoop App its like it has been disconected and i cant reboot it
Hi @adolfo_palacios, sorry to hear that. Thanks for writing in. I included some troubleshooting details below that might help. If none of these work, you’ll want to reach out to Membership Services in the app.
- Goes without saying, but make sure the charger itself lights up when plugged in (there are lights on the side of it). If not, try a different power outlet or USB-C cable b/c it could be the cable. Slide the charger onto the WHOOP 4.0 sensor and leave it for at least 60 seconds. Check for green LEDs under the sensor—if there’s no light, keep the charger attached.
- If the app still doesn’t connect, try rebooting: Open the WHOOP app > Device Settings > Reboot Device (if possible).
- If none of this works, the battery pack or sensor might need replacing and you should ping support like I mentioned above.
Hope this is helpful.
Hi Durkin,
I have already tried everything mentioned in your previous email and it’s still not working. The charger does light up and I have been charging it for hours, and I can feel its charging since the sensor becomes a little hot after a while, but there is still not a single light on the sensor. I don’t know what else to do, since i am up for renewal in about 15 days but i have been losing my money’s worth for about 2 days now and there’s still not a sign that it will work again.
Please get back to me as soon as possible.
