My Upgrade to 5.0 included membership but app shows that I need to reactivate my membership

Recently I have upgraded to whoop 5.0 with included 12 month peak subscription but after pairing it in the app. After pairing it is showing me that I need to reactivate my membership.

I want to know why is this happening
