Hello, I was given a promocode for €45 for refering my friend, but when I enter the code in the shopping cart, it says “Applying the code failed”. I would like to use it now to buy christmas gifts, please help.
Hi @EvelinaDolez Great question! During the Cyber Sale you can’t stack multiple discounts on the same order, which is likely why applying your Refer a Friend code is failing.
Hello, it is not because of that. Now that cyber sales are gone, my promo code is still not working. I got a 45 euros voucher for referirng a friend that bought membership. In the shopping cart, it says “The code entered is invalid”. Please reach out to me on email so that I can send the code to you. I would like to order before Christmas please. Thank you.
