My pin location broke, band won’t stay attached

I freaking love this thing, wear it 24x7 for 256 days now the pin location broke! What are my options? I’m heart broken :pleading_face:

Thanks for taking the time to write in. How was the sensor damaged?

The WHOOP Lifetime Warranty covers defective WHOOP sensors and battery packs that affect functionality or accuracy. However, damage caused by user actions, such as breaking or chipping the pin connector on the sensor, is considered user damage and is not covered under the warranty. Cosmetic damage or damage from improper use is also excluded.

If the pin connector on your sensor is broken or chipped and it affects the sensor’s functionality, it may not be covered if it’s due to user damage. In this case, you would need to purchase a replacement sensor through the WHOOP Shop.

If you believe the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, you can submit a request with photos or videos showing the issue and your membership details for eligibility confirmation.
