my membership auto renewed whilst offline. I want to cancel and receive a refund for the remaining period

Membership issues are best handled by our Membership Services team so I took the liberty of filing a support ticket for you.
In the meantime, take a look at our cancellation policy to make sure you qualify for a refund.
WHOOP’s cancellation policy depends on your membership type and timing:

Within 30 days of receiving your WHOOP device, you can cancel your membership and return the device for a refund.

If you are paying monthly and within a 12-month commitment, you can either pay off the remaining months or schedule cancellation at the end of the commitment.

If you are paying monthly and outside the 12-month commitment, you can cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

Memberships under an active 12- or 24-month commitment cannot be canceled immediately but can be scheduled to cancel at the end of the term.

No refunds are available for cancellations outside the 30-day return period.

If your membership auto-renewed, you can schedule cancellation at the end of the current term.

If your membership is paused, you must unpause it before canceling.
Hi please can you help cancel my membership. I’ve read a few of these posts and I’m having the exact same problems. I’ve read the help / troubleshooting guide but cannot find a way to cancel my membership. Please help!
This is not compliant with Australian law. I would like a full refund for the two charges made against my credit card yesterday and the subscription terminated immediately.
