My Journal info capturing improvement

Hey there,

I just started using your product, and I am really interested in the My Journal in order to improve my sleep, by understanding what helps and does not help…

I think something, fairly easy to implement, that would help is to allow for a default value every time you create a journal.

For example, if I normally read before bed for 10 minutes, it does not make sense that I need to fill that every day.

I see 2 ways of accomplishing this:

  • When you select the categories for your journal to be able to add the values in there
  • Or to prefill the values from the previous journal

I think this can increase the usage of this feature!

In the morning when the Whoop Journal prompt opens after your sleep is detected, there is a toggle at the top that allows you to carry over selections from the previous day. This makes it easy to log things that are typically the same everyday (default value).

Thanks, I normally fill my journal during the day so it is not solving my point completely, but it helps!

Hey, I checked this today and it feels like it is just asking to validate the previous day results. But maybe I’m missing something, would you mind sharing a screenshot maybe?
