My info would not update until I renewed for another year.

After waking up this morning, I reviewed the app to see my sleep performance. It was showing yesterday‘s activity and would not update. Then I found a request to extend membership. Since I trust WHOOP so much I thought well I’ll go ahead and do that. But that extended my membership for another year, which I didn’t need. I still don’t have last night’s sleep information And wonder what’s going on.

Sometimes, WHOOP may take a little time to process and display the most recent sleep data. This can happen if the device hasn’t fully synced or if the sleep event is still processing in the app.

You can try manually adding or adjusting your sleep data in the app by tapping the + icon and selecting Sleep if the data is missing. Also, if a sleep cycle was mistakenly logged as a nap, you can convert it to sleep by tapping on the nap activity, selecting the three dots, and choosing “Convert to Sleep.”

If you haven’t already, make sure your WHOOP device is charged and connected to your phone to ensure proper syncing.
