My family upgrade is wrong number

I have a family of 3 persons, when I get to upgrade I am only given option of 4 persons. I want to upgrade but don’t want to pay extra. Incredible but 5 days passed and still same point.

Is there a way to upgrade just family members

No not yet , they said they were going to reset me , they stopped my account, as I reactivated it, back to not. Still cannot upgrade so.

F**k, my family plan count on the profile is correct (it’s wrong in the upgrade page) so they said me there are no problems on my account :man_facepalming:. I’m still waiting for a solution

I was contacted by whoop saying I have a bug, I will be rewarded with x. I told them what is x. No reply since then.
I mean start me a new account, no great intelligence and transfer my data.
Custcare is just an AI probably, so no care.

Same here major issues with the family stuff, cant cancelled cant do nothing. Add my girlfriend but no away to upgrade her 4.0 to 5.0 and no options to remove her as member so she can order her 5.0 by herself. Once you are a family member you dont have any control over your account anymore. Support lets you go in circle with no solution
