My annual plan is not activated

I purchased a WHOOP 5.0 with an annual membership included, but when I tried to activate my device, the app is asking me to pay $30 for activation or a monthly subscription.
I used the email [insert email] for the purchase.

Hi, same for me. I purchased the MG Life yearly subscription from Healf and paired the device and its saying membership expired. Please could you apply the years credit to my account so i can use my new whoop? Thank you

I purchased a brand new WHOOP One (with 12-month prepaid membership) and activated it today (30 June 2025). But the app says my renewal date is 30 July 2025 — meaning I’m only getting 1 month of membership instead of the full year. Please check and correct my membership to reflect the full 12-month access from my activation date.

Hi, I’m experiencing the same issue. I purchased the WHOOP Life membership and paid successfully, but my account is still showing that the membership has expired. Because of this, I can’t access any of my data in the app.

Please help activate my plan and apply the credit to my account so I can fully use the device. I’ve already submitted a support request, but no response yet.

Durkin, I am having the same issue. I got the trial unit 4.0 but then noticed it only had 5 day battery, so I bought the 5.0. I had to sync the 4.0 to return it, now I synced the 5.0. but my membership is still inactive. Can you assist please?
