Just upgraded phone…cannot login under my account. Keeps says username already exists….any suggestions?

It sounds like you are encountering an error because the username you are trying to use is already associated with an existing WHOOP account. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this:

If you already have an account with that username or email, make sure you are logging in and not “creating a new account”.

If you don’t remember your password, use the “Forgot Password” option on the WHOOP app login screen to reset it. Be sure to check your inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders for the reset email.

If you want to use a different username, try choosing an alternate username that meets WHOOP’s requirements.

If you are trying to update your username, please note that usernames cannot be changed directly in the app. You would need to reach out to Membership Services for assistance with username changes.
