More Tailored Strength Training Like Fitbod?

While I am pleased to see Whoop continues to enhance its strength training module, I find myself still using Fitbod for two clear reasons:

  1. Fitbod allows me to save in its settings all of the equipment in my gym (from me, that’s a home gym, so I don’t have time to go through workouts that have equipment not in my home gym ). This is way more convenient.
  2. Fitbod curates a training set based on predefined conditions AND based on the recovery level of the muscles I’ve worked previously. This seems actually perfectly aligned with Whoop’s data sets.

I still pay an annual fee to Fitbod, and I would gladly shift that over to Whoop to have everything in one place and a combined data sets. Maybe an acquisition suggestion for Whoop? Anyway, these changes would prompt me to start using the strength training section within Whoop. Until then, I’m sticking with Fitbod.
