Missing Wireless Charger and Incorrect Band for WHOOP 5.0

I have received my WHOOP 5.0 device, but it was shipped without the wireless charger. In addition, the band I received is the standard one, not the PEAK version.

I would like to continue my subscription with PEAK. Could you please confirm if you will be able to supply me with the updated device and correct PEAK band?
