Missing data and stopped working smoothly

Hi,my whoop didn’t detect any data for sleep and recovery anymore.

I tried all solve issues from pair & unpair & Bluetooth on & off & clear the app and install again and nothing happened still having same problem.

I have the same issue since yesterday

Same issue is happening with me and with my friend in the same time after doing the new update! I have sent whoop and email and tried everything they have said. Right now nothing is working not even the sensor and i need help as well! What should we do and who we should contact, cuz they are not answering emails anymore.
