MG Sleep detected but is not able to process--so no recovery/etc

Over the last 6 days, 4 of those days my MG has auto-detected sleep, but has not been able to process the data. So I get no recovery or sleep data. I have rebooted the device. I have cleaned the sensor. I have restarted my phone. I have closed and re-opened the app. I have deleted the auto-detected sleep and added it manually. I am wearing like I have always worn it. It detects and processes all of my other activity and strain. I’m getting frustrated as sleep and recovery data is super important to me and the main reason I use my Whoop and the reason I upgraded to the MG.

Did you get this issue resolved? I have whoop 4 and had not used it for a few weeks. I have worn it 24/7 the last few days and get no sleep data, Strain worked for a run but no sleep metrics except saying when I went to bed and when I got up.

No I haven’t gotten it resolved. Whoop support has escalated it to their engineers. It is recording my sleep and there is heart rate data die if—it just can’t process it. I’ve been using a Whoop for 3 years now and this is the first issue I have had.

I’ll update when I hear back from whoop support

Thank you. All I get from sleep is the time I go to bed and when I get up. There is even no calculation of sleep time.

Having the same issue here with a Whoop MG since 2 days ago… :frowning: so far no help from Whoop support on the background or ways to fix it,

It’s some sort of software issue—they think. No fix yet.

It’s frustrating as it was working fine and the just stopped working.
