MG lost connection

Received my new MG yesterday. Paired it , put it on my wrist and all seemed well…then this morning I have an error on app “not on body” and my 4.0 (that is in my side table) is vibrating for wake up…craziness. Now I cant pair MG and it will not go into pairing mode. HELP!!!

Hi @AllanDau, here’s what you should do:

  1. Forget both the MG and 4.0 from your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
  2. Restart your phone to clear any lingering connections.
  3. Put the MG into pairing mode: Hold the sensor for 6 seconds until the light pulses blue.
  4. Open the WHOOP app and reconnect the MG.

If it still won’t pair, double-check that Bluetooth is on and no other devices are trying to connect. If nothing works, reach out to WHOOP support and they’ll help.

Hold what sensor for six seconds; the MG ask you to attach the battery and tap it to get in pairing mode and it will not do that.

I’ve got the same issue. I’ve raised a case via the support chat.

MG will not enter into pairing mode.
