I got my MG today but can’t set up the ECG feature. It asks me to select a region to confirm my location, but there are no regions to select and there is no way to get past that screen. So the ecg is essentially worthless. Anyone else having this issue?
Hi @tiphouse, would you mind attaching a screenshot of what you’re seeing? I didn’t experience that, so just curious what you’re looking at. If I can see what you’re seeing, I can try to help.
Okay - Whoop says this is a bug and engineering is working on it. No estimate of how long a fix will take, but they’ve extended my subscription a bit to make up for the missing feature.
