MG accessories are always out of stock

I hope this message finds you well.

As a long-time customer and previous user of WHOOP 4.0, I have always trusted your brand’s quality and commitment to innovation. That trust led me to immediately upgrade to your latest and most expensive package without hesitation.

However, I am very disappointed to see that most of the new MG SportFlex bands are consistently out of stock — including the one I’ve been trying to purchase. It’s frustrating to invest in a premium product only to find that essential accessories are unavailable for an extended period.

What adds to my disappointment is that I’ve referred many of my friends to WHOOP, encouraging them to join based on my positive past experiences. This current situation, unfortunately, does not reflect the level of service or readiness I expected from a company of your reputation.

Had I known that WHOOP wasn’t fully prepared to meet demand or stock key products for existing customers, I would have reconsidered my purchase. I sincerely hope you will take immediate action to resolve this and ensure better availability moving forward.
