Hi everyone, I’m trying to set up MFA on my WHOOP app but getting a “Something went wrong. Please try again.” error when it tries to send a code to my email. The phone number option doesn’t work as I’m based in India (outside US).
I’ve already tried:
Reinstalling the app
Switching between WiFi and mobile data
Force closing and reopening the app
This is also blocking me from accessing Advanced Labs to upload my blood reports since MFA is required first.
Has anyone from India or outside the US managed to fix this? Is there a workaround? Would love an official response from the WHOOP team.
I’m having the same issues and it’s very frustrating. It gives me the same warning for phone number and email. When I go to Whoop App > Menu > My Account > Under Advanced Security it is supposed to have a slider to turn on MFA. In my Advanced Security section it says “A network connection is required”. I’m literally right next to my router at over 1gb speed with full signal. I even toggled off wifi to use my cellular data at 5g and it shows the same. I’ve closed and restarted app several times, trying everything under the sun to fix it to show me the MFA section in “My Account” and it’s literally not there at all. This really needs fixed right away as labs is one of the main reasons I’m using Whoop and as of now I can’t upload any of my current labs because their MFA system is broken. Not worth it at the cost of this app for this to be happening.
