Love my Whoop but… I get the sense it isn’t calibrated correctly for me. I am 58 years old (female) and extremely fit. Registering really high strain when I am simply moving around the house. I literally have challenges keeping my strain under 18 on a ‘no workout ‘ day.
Blame it all on the new firmware update! It sucked a lot for people like me (stay at home mom of 3 kids under 4yo). The only time of the day that I really stop and sit is just when I’m eating, my average strain used to be 18.5-19 and now its like 10-12. Just because I do weighlifting everyday and play tennis 3x week. If I didn’t have any of those activities probably my strain would have dropped for around 6. The calories also are not accurate at all.
