Memebrship issue

I got a peak membership last week and it charged me at that time. I got the product today and was trying it and it shows that my membership had expired. On the plan I clicked activate and IT CHARGED ME AGAIN. I tried sending the message to support and the beta Ai thing but haven’t heard back. Is there a number we can call?

Same issue with me, lemme if you or anyone else has found the solution for the same. Bought peak memebship and it is showing one upon activation.
