I’m new to the whoop band. Last night my wife gave me her whoop band. And I made an account with my email. Apparently she already made a payment when she activate her whoop band before she gave it to me.
How do i avoid being charged again, since i want to use my own email instead of her’s? Can it be transferable? Because now the credit card tried to charge me and the band detected as a fraud an declined the payment.
