Membership of whoop

Dear WHOOP Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out regarding my WHOOP membership. Through the referral program, I successfully referred several friends to WHOOP, and as a result, I received approximately 12 free months of membership credited to my account.

However, to my surprise, my membership was deactivated after just one month, and I was recently notified that a charge was attempted on my account. This is unexpected and quite concerning, as I should still have several free months remaining based on the referrals.

I kindly request that you review my account and correct this error. I believe I am entitled to the remaining free months, and I would appreciate confirmation that no charges will be applied during this period.
